THE PROCESS

How the Nordic PropTech Awards Work

Startup nominations open

PropTech startups from across the Nordics submit their solutions across multiple innovation tracks. Official opening of nominations at Almedalsveckan in Sweden. All nominees are announced at the Oslo Proptech Summit in Norway.

Jury evaluation

Industry experts and partners evaluate the startups and identify the most promising companies in each category. Finalists are revealed at RecoTech in Finland.

Finalist pitches

03

The selected startups pitch their solutions to the jury, after which a second round of evaluations begins.

Awards final in Copenhagen

04

The winner of each track is announced during the Nordic PropTech Awards final event in Copenhagen.
